Introduction
On June 9, 2025, students of the NEST Leadership Program at Believers Church Medical College, Kerala launched “CHINDADHAMANI”, a Public Thoughtboard Initiative aimed at encouraging reflection, dialogue, and civic engagement within the campus community.
This initiative transformed a simple board into a dynamic space for expression, where voices across the campus could be shared, heard, and reflected upon.
Concept and Vision
“Chindadhamani” was designed as an open platform for mindful expression, enabling students and faculty to engage with pressing societal issues through writing.
The board featured themes such as:
- Mental Health
- Environmental Justice

- Gender Equality
Participants were encouraged to express freely or anonymously, ensuring inclusivity and honest reflection.
