Breaking the Silence Around Postpartum Depression
Beyond the Cradle is a student-led mental health awareness initiative focused on early identification, understanding, and support for postpartum depression (PPD) among pregnant women (2nd and 3rd trimester), new mothers, and their families. What began as an academic outreach effort evolved into a compassionate platform for dialogue—aimed at reducing stigma, encouraging early help-seeking, and strengthening family support systems for maternal mental health.
