Access to proper health and hygiene is a basic human right, yet millions of women in rural areas face daily challenges that compromise their well-being. Limited education, poor sanitation infrastructure, social taboos, and lack of affordable healthcare often result in neglected female health issuesโfrom menstrual hygiene to maternal care.
