Supervising Mentors

Dr. Nidhi Beniwal
I am a budding pediatric resident at the University of Arizona, Tucson, walking the tender path toward a field where the smallest lives carry the heaviest hopes. I aspire to pursue a fellowship in neonatology and grow as both a compassionate clinician and an advocate for evidence-based medicine. I hold a long-standing connection with the NEST leadership program: first as a student, then as a mentor, and now as a supervising mentor. To me, learning is a continuous process, and leadership isn’t about holding a title but developing the skills to uplift others. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring medical students across several colleges in India: PIMSR, Vadodara SBIMS, Raipur NIMS, Jaipur Believers Church Medical College, Thiruvalla Symbiosis Medical College for Women, Pune Being part of their growth has been humbling and meaningful, just as I was once guided!

Dr. Vini Verma
I am a physician with a strong foundation in clinical training and academic research, shaped by experiences across diverse healthcare systems. I value curiosity, adaptability, and meaningful collaboration, and I’m driven by a deep commitment to continuous learning and service. My long-term goal is to grow into a leadership role where I can help advance equitable, evidence-based, and compassionate care on a broader scale. Through the NEST program, I hope to deepen my leadership skills, stay reflective in my journey, and contribute meaningfully to a community focused on thoughtful impact.
