The recent Phase 1 workshop held at PIMSR in November 2024 marked a crucial starting point in the leadership journey of its student cohort. Designed to cultivate critical thinking and teamwork, the workshop equipped students with foundational skills to lead initiatives both inside and outside the campus.
Faculty involvement ensured meaningful discussions, while former student leaders mentored participants by sharing experiences and offering guidance. This blend of structured mentoring and peer learning laid the groundwork for real-time leadership practice.
As the cohort moves forward, they are set to apply their leadership training in diverse community and digital projects, further amplifying the impact of NEST within the PIMSR ecosystem.
