During the November 2024 Phase 1 workshop, MTMC students participated enthusiastically in activities aimed at building leadership confidence and practical problem-solving abilities. The structured sessions facilitated guided exploration of key leadership qualities.

Mentorship played a vital role, with peer coordinators helping to translate theory into action, while the faculty ensured academic depth and relevance. This exchange of experience and knowledge created a dynamic learning environment.

With a strong foundation now in place, MTMC’s student leaders are prepared to engage with real-life challenges in healthcare, extending their learning into service-driven initiatives on campus and beyond.
