Educating both girls and boys about menstruation is not just a matter of health—it’s a step toward building a more informed, respectful, and supportive society. When boys understand what menstruation truly is, they grow into men who respect and support the women around them. When girls are empowered with the right knowledge, they can manage their periods with confidence and pride. Let’s normalize the conversation—for equality, for empathy, and for change."
